The tank manufacturers Containment Solutions (Owens Corning) and Xerxes call on Joe Hall Construction to assist them in installing, retrofitting or repairing tanks and to be the competent person on confined space entry during their investigation of their tanks.  We are called because our men have training in CPR and First Aid, 40 Hour Hazards Materials training, and carry current ICC (International Fire Code Institute) certificates for installation and decommissioning of tanks as well as certificates in 10 to 30 hours of OSHA training.
